Hi guys-I am in my 7 week in JP program ,i gave it a little tweak,some tunica tugs,20 min jelq,LAS...anyway untill now i have gained 0.4 cm in girth (the first 2 weeks i was on 2 days 1 off,since then 5 days 2 off,I'll measure lenght tommorow),my PI are high rise.... I think I could start hanging to maximize gains since i have a pretty strong dong.
I have some questions:
-how many times a week should I hang ?
-i've seen the "lenght first,girth sec",but can i do hanging and girth exercises ?
-how much should I increase the weight after every week?

You have altered the routine. I pray you do not alter it further.
Seriously, what is the rush? You don't even have two months in and you've already modified the routine and now you want to move onto something else. Why not just give the routine as it's written a try? Or do you want to injure yourself, because if that's your aim, there are faster ways of going about it.

Any advice is more than welcome,so you say that I should take it easy,I see the point in that.So how much should I stick to the routine before I start hanging?

See that bit where it's called a 90-day routine? If you can't figure out how long it is to be followed, then you're beyond my help. Remember how I said if you want to injure yourself there are faster ways? Bluedream's routine should get you there in a hurry.

Yes. They are a more intense stretch. Hands are quite strong. Honestly I would say hanging two pounds is less advanced if not for needing to watch your cock more closely.
Either way, you can add in one set when you're done with the 90 days.
Then add in another the next week, and so on until you know what you can handle and what just tires it out too much.

Are there tunica tugs in JP's routine? I think I'll have to go look again because I didn't see any. The routine is not meant to have things added to it, it is enough on its own. The most you should be doing at 2 months in is maybe adding in 25-50% more jelqs or stretches, and really even that isn't necessary. Just do the routine, it works for many in terms of growth, and at the very least it will get you conditioned for more advanced exercises. Of course if you have watched the other thread and still don't understand this, I'm sure you'll just continue to do your own thing. Best of luck.
