    Hello guys . I just finished my 5 month in PE . I done JP 90 , after that i continue with the DLD's begginer routine and i have gained nothing . I am just thinking that 600 jelqs is too much to do. When i jelq in high election level 70%-90% i can feel my pennis after that thicker , and after that routine i am feeling it like i am gained somethink in girth but when i measure it its the same like before . I am thinking what routine u will recomend to me , i think that my pennis is conditioned. I am starting to think that i cant gain in lenght , maybe i need an axtender i dont know . Thank you for reading

    I would suggest reading this. Find out what is limiting you and then work on that.

    I have readed this story month ago , i know about that theory my BPFSL is smaller than my BPEL so my tunica is my limithed factor . If the theory is true i need to do 70-80% streching and 20-30% jelqing :?

    Yeah basically. You are the same as me. You could try some more advanced length exercises as you have finished JP90 - may be Tunica tugs?

    Try using bed fowfers to warm up, do 100 jelqs each week (start at 100 then add an additional 100 each week) until you get to 500. Take a shower after each session. It works for me.
