I have not been able to do many workouts per week. I usually do two at the beginning of the week and then don't do anything for the rest of the week. This has
Been going on for about 3months of Jps 90 day routine. When I have not had much success. So when should I move on to a different routine? Or should there be just some small adjustments to what I am doing now to get some results? Please help

Sounds like you just need more consistency. 2 days on 1 day off.
