Hi, guys!
I´d like to know what can I do to lose fat pad.
Well, let me say a couple of things:
- I´m about 5' 6" (1.70m) and my weight is about 140 lbs (63 kg). My body is kind of athletic, but I do not do any kind of sport or exercice my body. In spite of being elegant, I have about 0.7" (1.8 cm) of fat pad.
And my friends, BPEL counts nothing during sex. So, I think that in spite of having a normal weight for my height and a kind of athletic body, I have 0.7" of fat pad. And honestly, that annoys me.
So, what kind of exercices can I do to remove some of my fat pad? And eat vegetables, right? :\
Thanks

Run, swim, whatever. Burn calories. Sit ups and crunches.

I think most men have a 0.5" fat pad, so 0.7" isn't bad at all. I know how you feel I have a 1.5" to 2" fat pad, I'm 5'7" 255.
As far as exercise go there aren't really exercises that focus on the pelvic bone, and we lose weight all over not just in specific areas. However, the areas with muscle close to the skin are easier to define - like shoulders or arms, since there isn't much muscle over the pelvic bone, it's more difficult to define this area.
Just focus on cutting your body fat %, not necessarily weight, and the lower you get in fat % the less you should see of the fat pad. Putting on muscle will also help to consume calories all day long. I think I read that every pound of muscle consumes 5 calories a day just by being there. So if you were to put on 10 pounds of muscle, you would burn an extra 50 calories a day. Doesn't sound like much, but over a year your body would consume an extra 5.2 pounds of fat.
Do ab workouts though to help define your midsection, and leg lifts and pelvic thrusts.
Just my 2 cents, someone may know better.

BPEL does count during sex by the way.
Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

Thanks for answering, guys!
NP97, does it? I thought it didn´t (to be honest).
How does it count? Pressing the fat pad against the pubic bone with your fingers? I don´t see how does it counts just by having sex without doing that.
Can you explain me, please?
Thanks a lot.
