Thread: Help: Not gaining much

Hi, i am beginner here.. this is my first post...
I am been penis exercise for the last 4 months but my gain is still relatively little.. so far i just gain 0.5 inch in length in that 4 month and i didnt see any improve for the last 1 month..
i am doing the basic -
Warm up = 10 mins
Stretch = 10 mins
Jelq = 200 reps
I have increase the numbers of reps but still i dont see any gain for the last 1 month... This is my question
1. i would like to know wat i am doing wrong here? why no gains?
2. do u have to warm down after u finish ur whole penis exercise?
3. when u warm up, do u just warm up ur penis or penis+balls? coz i m just warming up my penis..

Members here will be more likely to respond to your post, if you make an effort to write correctly. Don't use "u" or "ur" or coz. Capatalize your "i's"

Hi Soccerbal8 I'm green my self but I can honestly say your way too vague. The guys on this forum know there shit but
in order for them to help you you will need to provide them with a little more information. I have only been doing PE for
a couple of weeks now and haven't done any measuring but I'm fairly certain that I have improved.
Some things you should do to make things easier for you is to do a search on the forum to see if your question has been
asked before also google some of your questions. You can find posts made by others on this same subject but on other
forums.
If you have been doing PE for four months, you should be doing more than what you have listed. To me that routine
suggests your teasing your penis more like masturbating if anything. I could be wrong but I started my first workout
with 400 jelqs, I might be wrong by starting with this much but whats done is done, however you might want to
follow one of the routines suggested on the forum maybe the 90 day routine.
When asking for help you should provide your Bone pressed erect length(BPEL) and your flaccid bone pressed stretch length
(FBPSL). To understand why, you should do a search for "TGC Theory" the best advise is Read, Read and Read you can't
fix something if you don't know how it works. Also you should post your EQ as well "Erection Quality"

sorry went into my old army mode for a second, what I meant was, you could do 1000 jelqs but if you
don't use the proper technique your gains might be minimal if any...

2. This has been asked many times "search" but the answer is yes...You should warm down to prevent any
injury to your penis because PE can put a lot of stress on your penis it is "Essential" to warm up and
down. Plus if I read correctly it helps with gains as well.
3. You want the area pliable that includes your balls. It's kind of difficult to jelq with your balls in the way.
The idea is to keep your ligaments and tunica pliable, heat helps with this. Look at as a treat you give
your penis cause it feels really good.
I hope I didn't over step my bounds being a newbie my self but...I would honestly STOP ALL PE until I read
a lot more because most of your questions, although not dumb do tend to suggest you have not done your
homework. Start with the TGC theory and then read how jelqing and stretching work the ligs and tunica.
Also if you aren't doing them I strongly recommend you start kegleing, this will help you with flaccid hang
strong erections, blood flow and over all gains. Good luck

Well put Maxsize, everything you listed was dead on. However, I do cool down afterward as remek suggested.
The best way to insure a successful and injury free PE experience is have an arsenal of information on hand. Everything you need to know can be found within this site. Educate yourself and then follow through with one of the outlined startup routines. Good luck.
