Extender - quick question

I´ve been seeing Andropenis extender.

One thing I don´t understand is how can an extender make girth grow...! It seems to me that that´s a kind of thing that would give only lenght...!

Is it really possible to make girth grow?

Girth gains are possible from extenders. Not as plentiful as length gains, but they can and do come. Cells aren't 2-dimensional objects, so they don't just grow one way and not the other.
