    hey king, in another thread, i posted about supplements i should take for stronger erections, i read one of ur posts about cayenne pepper and you had a link to these pills called penagro, i was wondering if those would be good to take, or would i be better off buying cayenne pepper and putting it on foods, im not really informed abotu cayenne pepper or anything

    also i asked about your erection tea, arizona green tea has ginseng in it, is that any good lmao? if i put ginger in it??

    Green tea and gensing are great combinations.
    You can go to Wal-Mart to get a cheap 3$ bottle of cayenne. anything that has the work penis attached to it is going to be way to expensive.

    It looks like the theory on edging is to get the penis to max EQ for a sustained amount of time for tissue expansion. I've always thought edging was an exercise to train yourself to last longer and for stamina firstly, which can also indirectly increase penis size. Is this true? Or do most PE'ers edge for the just for the size gain. Since it helps the whole system, shouldn't it help a guy out in every aspect of sex. I'm thinkin about edging 3 days a week after I finish my first month of the 90 day starter routine for both benefits.

    I also edge to cement gains. edging alone may or may not increase gains it is still uncertain. But i think it does increase gains like ballooning and Pe does.

    I was reading through progress logs and it looks like more people get better gains when they do an edging session afterwards. So there has to be some kinda connection. But when it comes down to it edging is a purely stamina exercise.

    How slow are you supposed to go? Anything less than a stroke per second and it takes me 15 minutes to even start feeling a good sensation. More like half speed masturbation? 2 strokes / second and stroke to avoid your head.

    It is good that it takes that long to feel good. As slow and soft as you can go with it. And when you get good with it also stroke the entire penis including the glans. Once the glans becomes use to sensations then this will help you last longer in the sack. Also stroking the glans gently helps make your erection fuller and makes it last longer.
