    Can someone tell me if it's "bad" to do edging too many times during a day? When it's been some time since last ejaculation I can get the need to do something, but i just edge a little.. Instead of small edging sessions throughout the day, should I have one long at the end of the PE?

    longer sessions are better IMO, because you are trying to increase stamina, right? Therefore, lasting longer in your edging sessions should be a goal.

    2. When I do edging at the end of my PE sessions (often, not always) I do it for quite long.

    I try to masturbate (and obviously ejaculate less). This will of course give you the longing to do it, so I do it, BUT I don't ejaculate. Still it calms down my need to ejaculate. Anyway, my question is whether these small "sessions" can be disturbing to the growth, etc?

    In my very early 60's and get to have sex every 2 days (when I behave myself!). I find that the days following intercourse are difficult for me to get near to PONR when Edging. Edging still feels really great, but think it would be better if I could get near to the PONR during those sessions.
    Does this mean I don't produce enough *****, or ?
    Some direction on this would be great.

    I have understood with balloning you are suppose to stroke the head of the penis. What kind of motion are you doing when you are edging? Because it's not jerking off right (and stopping before ejaculation of course).
    Why can you not jerk off and stop before PONR and edge like that? I don't want to desensitize my cock so much that I get a hard on and can cum just by stroking. I am afraid that will actually make me last shorter in bed because everything the girl does will feel very sensitive.

    Hi kingpole, i'm on my 8th day of JP's 90 day beginners routine and i'm planning to add edging to my exercise. Last night i tried to do edge and I followed all your instructions. I used OK grip to massage my penis from base to top slowly, it felt really good and the sensation is awesome i was very hard and horny. The problem is ive been doing edging for about 20mins but it seems i cant reach the PONR with slow massaging and stroking, those things only makes my penis erect. I cant proceed to the next step which is kegeling because of that PONR problem. I think the only way i could reach PONR is by masturbating normally. but it might drop the essence of edging if i do it. What advice could you give me? i really want to add this to my exercise to maximize my gains.
