    hi,

    i follow JP's routine with 2 days on and 1 day off. i want to know should i combine Edging on both the ON days or just one day is enough.

    i have noticed one more thing. when i edge after PE my penis becomes longer (about 0,4 inch) but the next day it returns to its normal state. is this the growing phase ?

    Ahhhh I should have seen this thread 2 months ago. (the first time I started PE)

    King Pole,

    I have a question : After I have done PE and rest for like 3-4 hours and then do Edging, will it still help me on gains?

    Or I need to do Edging immediately after PE ? Does it affect any gains if you rest for a long time before Edge ?

    EDIT: (Anyway I just found on page 17 that there's a similar question but a bit different, so an answer will be very appreciated. Thanks! )

    Edging helps with gains by rebuilding EQ. sometimes when your dick grows from PE you lose a bit of EQ. Edging helps regain EQ.

    I'm sure many new guys have this same issue. I dont know how to judge the length of time spent edging, but I will describe it like this. Total session time was 15 minutes. I got "close" to the PONR 2 different times and was able to stop. then on the 5 minute later, I hit the PONR and stayed there for 10 seconds or so before losing it. So what I ask to anyone reading this, is how long did I edge for?

    I've been edging without knowing for years, but now that I've read about it, I wanna start back to the basics. But I have some questions :

    How is it possible to get to the point of no return while only slowly stroking the base of the shaft?

    When I masturbate and reach the PONR but stop before cumming, I really gotta be careful not to lose my erection, is that normal?

    Well to be fair Kingpole says to work your way slowly up from the base to the frenulum, that's what gets you to the PONR.
    For me edging is very different to masturbation, masturbation is purely going for climax/ejaculation in esentially as little time as possible with a palm's full grip that is more tight/rough than with edging.
    Edging gives you the chance to be more exploratory and give slower, more gentle strokes to different areas, finding your own trigger areas, which eventually leads to ballooning.
    As for your question about losing your erection when you reach the PONR and stop, that loss should become less and less with practice, from a 10 to 6 to a 10 to 9 or better. One technique to improve that is when approaching the PONR is to avoid the corona and frenulum and stay near the base, for around 15 seconds before the point of orgasm and for a while after. Howver this technique may not be appropriate when applied to sex so 'more realistic' practice may be better. Good luck.
