    My penis becomes inflated after every session, since I started doing this. It looks kinda bad, but then passes away after a day or two. Does anybody know why that happens, or has experienced it?

    Just so Im understanding this correctly, eventually you want to get to a point to where you reach the PONR and can kegel to keep yourself from ejaculating?

    If so, until that point (which Im assuming is when the PC muscle is stronger), you just stroke the base and when you feel it coming on you just back off?

    You want to focus on rev kegeling, this will delay the ejaculating kegel. It is a spasm kegel that shoots your load. You can practice trying to hold a kegel when you do pass PONR, it may just trickle out until you let the kegel go. Its a good test to see if your making progress, but not a daily exercise.

    And a reverse kegel is like pushing a fart out? Never really understood those

    Same thing for me! Never got this kind of donut effect so big. What happens? I just edged for one hour. My movements are not so hard, I don't stroke like a barbarian.
