Edging can cause size increase nothing to worry about . While edging is well tolerated in isolation stay within your condition level, so a sudden increase from 5 min to 1 hr is not recommended.

Well I hope I've understood your main message, considering that if we're not used to do it for more than several minutes, stroking our willy for one hour is not enough gradual. But what I don't understand is that I already done this recently and yesterday I even wasn't very hard and I made a lot of pauses. Really, this enormous fluid buildup is really weird. Hey everyone I have this problem, i hope you can give me some advice.
I always edge for maybe 10 minutes after my routine, after I get done with jelquing I do few kegels and then i edge. I consider it kind of warmdown ,so I dont warm my penis down afterwards as long as before. But the thing is, when I edge everything feels alright, but when I get done after couple of minutes I start to feel slight pain in the area above my penis, I dont know if its the prostate or what. But it hurts a little and my testicles become also more tense and also hurt a little bit when I hold them. I just feel some sort of tension and little pain all around my penis. Last time I was able to endure it for maybe 2 hours but I decided to edge again then and ejaculate and it helped. But I dont want to do this too often as I heard excesive masturbation can hinder gains. But what should I do then? People say that edging helps gains a lot, but ejaculating not. But after edging, I always have that terrible feeling as I described above. So what should I do in your opinion?

Well, your prostate isn't located there. Your prostate is about 1.5 or 2" inside your anus and up a little towards your belly.
You actually appear to be describing pain where your upper ligaments are, or even your bladder. But since it only happens after your edging session, I think that;s a big clue.
From what you describe, I suspect that you just have pent up tension from edging but not releasing.
What is the deal with guys doing this? I think it's an awful idea, but here's how I think it may have originated: An informal study of men doing PE concluded that fewer ejaculations resulted in somewhat better gains. But that's a little vague. What I suspect really happened is that the men who ejaculated less had higher EQ for their measurements. We all know that EQ variance easily account for 1/8" or more. What readers assumed was that it was the actual act of ejaculating stifled gains in the other group. In other words: another case of correlation, not causation.
Bottom line is to stop edging without ejaculating. That's my view. Either end a session with edging to completion or find another satisfactory way to end your PE session (LAS, warm down, etc.). Monitor your pain and see if it stops.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I get that problem sometimes, mainly after sex, and I'm quite sure it happens (at least to me) because of having an erection for a relatively long period of time (as ThirdArm says, it seems "you just have pent up tension"). If I jelq, masturbate, receive oral or have sex forcing my penis a bit down (I have no upward curve, but I get a roof-pointing erection), I feel that small pain. My solution is massaging for a while, gently touching the BC zone for some minutes.

So I tried edging for the first time, last night. I didn't get to the ideal 30 minutes, but that gives me something to shoot for. What I wanted to know is when you get past the PONR, do you you kegel or reverse kegel in order not to ejaculate? I searched in the thread, I have seen people saying both and I am looking for some clarity. Thanks.

I'm thinking of buying an STU Fleshlight to edge, as I need to condition myself to last longer. However, i'm worried because i want to maximize gains from PE and considering for sure that at least in the beginning i won't be able to hold back and not go past ponr with the fleshlight, that cumming frequently may hinder or stop my gains - despite this yet being sort of a non consensus around here. Do you guys think i should wait to initiate edging with a fleshlight and such a training till after I've gained with PE? or really doesn't matter if i end up going overboard a lot in the beginning with the fleshlight? thanks
