    Ive just read through this thread and every question I had was answered except one. One person mentioned it but it wasn't quite clear. Does edging constitute as a warm down? So am I correct that aafter doing PE workout and then edging right after there is no need to warm down? The edging acts as an effective warm down?

    Thx yall and King Pole thank you very very much. I know it said you have vision issues and others and yet you are very helpful and do alot. I just want to say thank you and I greatly appreciate what you do.

    So, i might be doing something like edging with out knowing it ! Am I? I have been on long distance relationships with my GF, and we used to talk via skype and masturbate on the same porn! And i was going through porn videos seeking for one to share with GF, while i was gently rubbing my penis! But not at the base, at the glans, but gentle, to not to cum! Penis stayed around 70 - 90 % erected, and i did not cum while i was surfing through porn! Some times close to an hour! Never less then 30 minutes! I cum later then, when we did masturbation with GF! So, how close it was to edging?

    I tried to edge yesterday, with out porno, and i found hard to get close to cumming, if i do not touch glans or so and stroke penis slowly! So i did it faster, about 2 - 3 strokes per second, and then i can reach PONR. Is it still right?

    I am not a two second man while masturbating but I last roughly 3 minutes during sex. Should i blow my load first, then proceed to edge? If so, wouldnt that train my body to blow my first load quickly? Obviously I would like to have great stamina regardless of the first or second ejac. I currently can edge for an hour before i cant stand it anymore and just let it go. Any suggestions? Appreciate it.

    I think i've ruined my progress... I was edging for the past week and i've been last longer each time and i've noticed increase EQ.
    I'm going it for premature ejactulation. This morning I went to Yoga and edged in the afternoon. Since then i've been having random spasms and my pelvic floor has tensed up. Have I ruined all the progress i've made? Or shall I rest and it'll get back to what it was after 2/3 days off.

    Maybe you overworked your pelvic floor muscles a bit, nothing a good rest won't fix.

    Don't worry, it just takes time and practice.

    Kp has serious health issues and is onsite less,
    Unknown a rest for a few days is a good idea . After that I suggest you include some reverse kegel in your training. My general advice re edging is also not to go a prolonged time without ejaculation. So it is not necessary to ejaculate everytime but don't go to long.

    do i need to get very close to ponr??
    why just stroke the frenulum when ponr?
    why not stoke all the time when edging101?

    to stop ponr do u need to use front reverse kegel or regular kegel??
