    Ok a while back i heard about edging. I am kind of confused as to excactelly you are supposed to do it. Edging seems fun, but i have a hard time understanding what edging means and how to master it. Some highly detailed advice would be welcome.

    Hey PiXel19882, Welcome aboard!

    Edging is a stamina exercise that helps you understand your reactions to sexual stimulation, both from physical and mental, so you can learn how to control them better and last longer, and by keeping the penis fully engorged for a long period, it may help cement, maintain and/or increase your gains from penile enlargement exercise(s) if you do any.

    Basically, you stimulate your penis, with proper lubrication, until you are right before the point of no return, then you either stop the stimulation, slow it down, or move it downwards from the glans to the shaft, pick any one or combination of options that suit you best, until the urge subsides before you resume what you were doing, for as long as you want to, plan to train yourself for about the same duration you want to have intercourse or a little bit more, 20 minutes is the minimum required time for an Edging session, but you can start as low as you can and work your way up, after all, its a fun exercise, and no reason not to enjoy it, please don't feel bad if you don't succeed at the first time, or whenever you don't, just enjoy, its about sex ie, fun!!!

    Keeping in mind that most men begin with the start and stop technique, until they learn their arousal responses and phases, then try to switch stimulation position, or perform reverse kegels to delay the PONR without interruption to the rhythm.

    Its not advised to edge to porn, or refrain from ejaculation for too long, also you shouldn't transform your view on edging/masturbation as an exercise or work, as that will take fun out of it and create an undesired link in your subconscious mind.

    Good, thats what i have been doing for a while, just intrested how much better i can make my orgasms feel. I have used start and stop for most of my life. Worked wonders that. Once i shot huge loads over my sholder, best thing ever >D

    So I had a great session tonight with the JP90 (only my 7th), and decided to edge after. I had a great edging session that lasted about 25 minutes, maybe more, I got a little too excited toward the end, and as I stopped, I started leaking a little. What should I do after that happens? Should I just continue and finish the job? Or should I leave it at that? I decided to just finish. I hope that didn't screw up my JP90 session. I hear ejaculating within two hours of your workout is not good for it. And I'm kinda freaking out right now.

    Relax there is argument about if an ejaculation makes any difference if it does it would be very slight.

    I've been ejaculating after almost every PE session I've had. Note that I have yet to measure gains though. Pegasus is right. I looked at the polls most people are citing and there is nothing conclusive in the slightest. Suggests at best, but I wouldn't even say that.

    The only thing ejaculating conclusively has the ability to do is make you less horny and thus possibly affect EQ for some time after, depending on length of refractory period, PC/BC muscle strength, etc.

    Umm this just doesn't ring true . You can overwork the pelvic floor, but to yank free and tear liagments you would need a serious car accident or similar.
    Uh huh the guy is in a pysc hospital abd the docs are telling him he has no serious damage .
    My conclusion the guy has head issues and I hope the pysc guys cure it.
