If you are squeezing the base of your penis to stifle ejaculation this is very bad.

Hi, I just started edging 2 days ago.
First day I managed to edge for 15min watching Nat Geo and reading this thread. The PONR came but was manageable.
Today I was edging purely just reading forums and aft 6min the PONR kept coming back even with rest. A few strokes will make me reach PONR. I had to stop edging.
Should I continue tomorrow or making the rest interval longer? I'm planning to ejaculate on 3rd day.

I have a couple questions about edging that i've been wanting to ask for a while.
1. How quickly should i stroke when edging, as in how many strokes per second?
2. When should i start stroking the whole shaft, once i have a dry orgasm or when i can keep stroking slowly for 20 minutes without reaching the PONR?
3. Should i use my whole fist or should i use less (like a 2 or 3 finger grip), because i feel like i can't stroke very far without reaching the frenulum, and i'm not getting much stimulation from this.

I just tried this. Was able to base edge for more than 20 minutes, but my EQ was only 6/10 most of the time.
I'd start to lose the erection if I didn't occasionally touch the glans/frenulum.
How can I do this to combat ED?

i have a doubt regarding edging.
In endging we need to stop right before we cum.m doin it n then i stop for 10-20 sec but wen i start again the cuming stage comes very fast that is in few sec.so i do it for 5 sec wait for 15 sec then repeat. is this normal?

It takes practice and time to retrain your brain, keep exercising, you don't need to stop stimulation, maybe just move to the shaft instead of just the glans.

Listen to B8! A good trick is definitely to edge a different part of your penis I have found. I used to edge years ago but am a newbie to it again and there is a definite case of trial-and-error with it. Just keep practice practice practice! Stop-and-start technique is incredibly challenging but you will get better at it with time. When you feel like you are going to cum, stop and let it subside for a while and start again. You will build up a tolerance and experience with it the more you do it
