    Yes.

    If you can edge two to three times a week, maybe increase that as your training progresses, and don't get discouraged if you don't excel from the beginning.

    Ok! So I didn't quite some scanning through this massive thread and came to a conclusion for myself.

    - Start at your base and make strokes up on the shaft but do not go for the frenulum.
    - When you are a newbie use the stop and go technique, Go, PONR stop. Go, PONR stop.

    - When advanced or conditioned u can start using kegels or reversed kegels or… to get back from PONR.
    - When advanced you want to stay as close as possible near PONR.
    - With enough practice your PONR become dry ejaculations and you don't need to stop stimulation (perhaps slow it down)

    So… is this the proper understanding or did I get things twisted? Thanks!

    So wait, edging is different from masturbating? You say, like if I feel emission coming from my testicles to the shaft, I should stop from reaching the shaft or?

    How do you exactly edge? And is the G spot the spot on your balls that is filled with cum?

    The basic form of edging is that you stimulate your penis until you are close to the PONR, then stop stimulation or switch focus to the shaft until the urge subsides then you resume then repeat.


    With practice you will be able to gauge your arousal levels and how close you are to ejaculate, so you will be able to time a reverse kegel long before the ponr to avoid it, and with more practice you can learn more advanced techniques, but first you must familiarize yourself with the basic start/stop technique.

    When is the best time to do Edging? Should I do it at the end of jelqing session or do it at a separate time?

    After jelqing and before warmdown as Big Al recommends, two to three times a week is enough.

    By the way you worded it, Edging is like 'feigning cumming' Should I would usually stroke my penis, like I would do in masturbation, but if I feel I am about to cum, I just stop the stimulation. Then when I am back to normal level, I would do it again? I am still just a little confused. What is PONR? And when you mention "switch focus to the shaft," what would I do exactly?
