Yes you got it right, the PONR is the Point Of No Return, and by switching focus I meant that you may stimulate the shaft instead of the glans until the urge to ejaculate subsides, of course you may only just use the start/stop technique at the beginning and move forward as you get more comfortable with the exercise.

Okay, this is good - couple questions.
So I found where my Pelvic muscle is to stop the urine flow, its real close to the shaft but a few centimeters away and its below my penis.
What is the Pelvic Floor they are talking about? In the guide, it states "focus on lifting your entire pelvic floor."?
And before I Kegel, it is recommended to contract my Pelvic Floor Muscles, how exactly?
Wait a minute, now it says I don't need my hands. Let me guess, isn't it like almost as in 'holding it in' before you have to use the bathroom? Like, you know what I mean, you use that muscle to hold it there as much as you can when you have to go really badly?

So this essentially helps you last longer in bed by not ejaculating but staying hard still!!
GENIUS!
Oh, and I edged the other night, it was SO MUCH fun, I could still imagine porn and feel good, just like having a boner all the time hahaha !
- 09-04-2014 #726The pelvic floor or pelvic diaphragm is composed of muscle fibers of the levator ani, the coccygeus, and associated connective tissue which span the area underneath the pelvis. The pelvic diaphragm is a muscular partition formed by the levatores ani and coccygei, with which may be included the parietal pelvic fascia on their upper and lower aspects. The pelvic floor separates the pelvic cavity above from the perineal region.
It is an internal muscle squeeze, try to stop urine midflow, that is the movement you should repeat.
Yes, but that is an advanced technique, in the beginning you should stop before you ejaculate, an intermediate technique would be to do a reverse kegel long before you reach the PONR, keep the regular kegels out of edging for now, use them in combination with reverse kegels to strengthen and balance your pelvic floor muscles.A real man never hurts a woman. Mr B8, you are becoming my hero, and I am learning so much, thanks so much man!
Yeah, the other night I partially cummed from doing a kegal when I was edging. The night before I was just edging. I will just edge for now, practice Kegal while edging when I get more advanced.
So, for the Flexing. Is it just a simple flex left gently, flex right, flex up, and flex down? Do I hold my penis close to the shaft and just stretch as far as possible without pain, and hold it there for 5 seconds and repeat or? What is the best way for stretching?
I still don't understand what a reverse kegal is? And if I kegal and stop the cum before I ejaculate, I am curious of where exactly does the sperm flow? Back to the testicles or the bladder or are they essentially the same thing?

Thank you!
A regular kegel may bring you closer to the PONR, you are right about sticking with the basic technique for now.
You don't stretch your penis or use your hands at all to kegel, simply squeeze the internal muscle that you use to stop urination midflow, hold the squeeze for one to two seconds then relax your muscle and repeat.
Reverse kegels are done by relaxing your pelvic floor completely, and flexing your lower abs to apply pressure on your pelvic floor muscles and stretch them out gently, like when you push out to urinate faster.

To get a better understanding of a dry orgasm (the advanced technique where you use a regular kegel to prevent ejaculation) please read the following thread. (*Note: Please do not attempt dry orgasms without proper pelvic floor conditioning and edging practice/experience)
