    Yes I meant an external squeeze. So basically with edging you're just stroking the penis until you almost orgasm then stop? Then repeat?

    Yes, you can also slow down or stimulate the shaft instead of the glans.

    My prem e has flared up badly in the last couple of weeks. Ive always been very sensitive and never lasted more than ten minutes which is fine for me and my wife. But the last couple of occasions ive come in less than a minute! Ive started RK every other day. Had a short ten minute jelq a few days ago. BUT my first edging session was a disaster. I laid in the dark but after 20 minutes dry masturbation I was no where near the PONR so just gave up. Should I always use lube? Ive got a stamina flashlight training unit and struggle to make 100 thrusts although about a month ago I was up to 200. I need to get back some control its destroying me mentally. How long will edging take to help? Im also doing yoga stretches and low squats.

    I have some considerations too (for what concern my experience)


    there are 2 tipes of masturbation (well, a lot more, but these 2 have a lot of differences)

    the fast one, when you reach the ponr faster and then you start with the stop and go.
    this actually is bad when you have sex because your penis get used to reach the ponr faster, fast rhythms, a lot of stop and go,..


    the slow one that actually "simulates" a normal intercourse..(ok, you change the rhythms , somethimes you go like a machine ...but there are some "death" moments, or moments were you go nice and slow and do romantic stuff taking your time..and if you are used to go faster during masturbation..in those moments you lose the erection).



    Am I right or just sayng bullS**t? I edge sometimes, but only now i discovered that this pratic has a name..so I wuold like to know if i'm taking the right road..


    another HUGE difference, (for the uncircomcised people)..
    there are other 2 types of masturbation

    with/using the forseskin (and, like first tipe of masturbation above, it's BAD)


    and the one with lube like circumcised use to do...and it's the best way..

    what do u think about it?

    Hello I am new to PE and I recently started incorporating Edging into my routine, I do it after I Jelque but before I finish up with Kegal's is there any recommended time to do it? Ive read it should be the last thing on the list is that Correct? Also I noticed after I reached the PONR last night that My erection just gave out on my and I went completley soft and I couldn't get it up anymore unless I started to stroke it hard. I know I do Have some EQ problem's but any thing you guys recommend from it not going limp on me? I don't want to use porn Im staying away from that after I read all the problems it causes? any recommendations on how to stay aroused during the whole edging session?

    Yes, edging should be the last thing on your exercises list, do it two or three nonconsecutive times a week.

    Try to build up to 20-30 minutes each session, and you may ejaculate at the end.


    Congrats on quitting porn, your imagination is the best arousal aid you can get without an intimate partner!


    If you have reached the PONR and orgasmed or ejaculated even if partially, then it is normal for your erection to fade, try stopping earlier than that in the future.

    If you have not had an orgasm nor ejaculated, then maybe you need not stop stimulation entirely just switch focus to the shaft instead of the glans, or do not seize stimulation for too long.

    Your body needs to get acquainted with the new routine, it is too much too take in one go, so do not panic, simply keep going.

    Thanks Mr B8, I am going to stick to it, all thou I'm having difficulty getting a strong erection with just slow stokes? does it come with practice or is there anything else I can do to get a hard erection while I edge?

    When stroking slow, let your imaination provide the stimulation you need. I find that when edging, I get the most outrageous erections when I am stroking slowly and lightly moving from the shaft to the bottom of the glans (the most sensitive spot) and back to the shaft with my eyes closed thinking about something that is arousing to me. Remember, your brain is the best sex organ you have. It can create amazing sexual acts in your imagination - causing a very real physical reality.

    Likewise, if you are thinking about having trouble and worrying about what technique you are using, you will also have trouble maintaining an erection.

    I prefer to think about kinky things that I know will probably never happen to me, but if I close my eyes, they are almost as real as if they are actually happening. THAT is the stimulation that gets me good and HARD. If I am worried about being able to get it up tonight because it is late and my wife works early in the morning, I am doomed.

    Hope this helps. My simple advice: practice on your imagination.
