    I was recently just inspired to register by JonPop's 90 Day Beginner Routine.
    A very "thorough" post indeed that got me the information needed to start a structured routine.

    I am now going to start engaging in this; before I was sort of drifting, picking up different techniques and experimenting.
    I understand now that it works exactly like a muscular exercise, except it involves more repetition.

    Which brings me to my first question; can 'tricking' your penis by doing diversified exercises cause any extra growth?

    Also, as a prelude to my final question, I am being cautious as ever. I had a friend once who broke his penis during a rather aggressive sex session and he said it was the most excruciating pain he's ever experienced. I'm sure bursting a vein would be equally as agonising. Henceforth, I am taking JP's advice and starting slow for a few months.

    However, out of curiousity, I was wondering if there were any advanced routines that are currently posted.
    I really just want to view them to get an idea of direction; it's also a sort of inspirational method of 'looking forward' to things and what not.

    Anyway, I'll be here to post my progress and hopefully be helping others soon enough.

    Some people believe that coaxing your penis will lead to extra growth, but right now it is hard to say. Only way of finding out if trying, but just stick to JP's all the way out, and then chose what you want to do from there.

    Hi, I'm new here today but have been studying the various PEGym forums for a few weeks now. I wouldn't call it "lurking" so much as a pre-registration training session. Anyway I'm here to find lasting results to a long standing Premature Ejaculation situation. I understand that kegels, reverse kegels, edging and ballooning will be of particular value in increasing the length of sexual experiences as well as, from what I've read, increasing the intensity and satisfaction.

    To begin with I have a quick inquiry to get me started in the right direction. When beginning Ballooning and Edging practices should one start out using a lubricant or start dry till proficency is gained and then move up to a lube?

    Thank for any advice on the subject or if you have seen the answer here please point me to the relevant forum thread.
