So take l-arginine pills then instead of all that other shit that comes in your standard NO drink. It will be cheaper, easier to take, more effective, etc...

This is what I was thinking. I understand supplements as they pertain to the body, however I figured I would ask you guys about the PE side of things. I didn't know one could tell my complete knowledge base by the fact that I asked a question. I know nitric oxide increased blood flow and I figured that is part of the reason we jelq; so it stands to reason that it would help in PE. Also I have taken HGH before as well, and I got wonderful results. I am not a supplement rookie just a PE rookie. Please don't assume. thanks.

I believe this because I saw the results when I changed my diet and added supplements when I played college basketball. The body does need fuel to accomplish what we are asking it to do. I also saw where some veterans speaking about it on other forums, and I figured I would get some PE insight. I have taken HGH and my body responded well, but I wasn't doing PE. This is why I asked.Last edited by soldier; 06-23-2011 at 08:40 AM.

Even if creatine is for muscle growth ,I think it may indirectly help your PE gain as it increases DHT level in the body. I 'll do some searchs before i try

Well if you don't want me to assume give a bit more information in your post. Reading what you wrote gave me the impression you didn't know much and that could be harmful. I will not let someone try to harm himself by doing things he isn't informed about.Sorry if I may have offended.

generally speaking body building supplements wont help your wangster grow, some may have positive benefits if the help with blood flow. That being said all the great blood flow in world wont make it bigger but proper exercise and dedication will, if supps
(No steroids ) helped the wang I would be hung like a horse or Goingfor11by7.

Its all water weight that will bloat you out give you muscle cramps.
It can make you 10% stronger but at what expense ?
It can tax your liver and kidneys.
If you do take this supplement drink at least a gallon of water every day and cycle off of it for a few months at a time.
