Is Creatine a good P.E. Supplement? I also wanted to get some Nitric Oxide as well. Will they help? I am doing Hanging, jelqing, and stretching.
Plus I am wondering about HGH. Is it a good one to use as well?Last edited by soldier; 06-22-2011 at 09:37 AM.

Wait -- are going to do a creatine cycle solely for PE? Doesn't work that way, sorry. Creatine helps provide your muscles with an extra supply of energy so that your muscles can push harder and faster. Long term it helps your muscles sustain more intense workouts -- but we're talking LARGE muscle groups here -- glutes, quads, chest, back, arms, etc. I don't think the "muscles" in your penis exert enough energy to justify a need to have a creatine backup supply. And honestly, if creatine helped PE gains then EVERYONE on this site would be on a creatine cycle.
Now -- if creatine makes you more "fit" and is part of a larger health regime to get ripped and lose weight, that can INDIRECTLY help your EQ and stamina.STATS:
Start (Aug '10) -- BPEL 6" x 6" -- BPFSL 5.75" x 3.5"
GOAL:
BPEL 7.5" x 6.5"

Nitrix oxide is to increase blood flow which is goood in pe.Creatine I doubt because it gives you energy that doesn't deal with blood flow.

how about HGH?

like the others said, creatine is probably not for pe. however, I take it twice a day every day because I am a weightlifter, and it really helps making strength and size gains with the REST of your body, if you're interested in that

Soldier it seems you're thinking of messing with stuff you don't know much about. I would suggest you do a whole lot of learning before you use anything.By the way, none of that stuff will do anything to make your dick bigger.

I don't think Creatine will help with PE. But a side note, I tried it back in school before one of my football games and my god did it ever get me pumped.

Creatine makes your muscles hold water. They look bigger and expel waste faster. Sorry, won' t do anything for PE. if you want a big pump and an energy boost before working out or athletics, try NOExplode. It will make your veins bulge and you seemingly have greater strength , until it wears off.

CUSP82, the nitric oxide actually is a pretty helpful supplement for pe; the name of the actual ingredient is l-arginine , an amino acid that promotes blood flow. you probably know all this, just putting in the thread for the op. more blood flowing=better erections and more nutrients to repair the torn penis tissue from pe
