  • PE and bodybuilding???

Wondering about how fitness training affects PE if at all?

I'm going to start a beginner's PE regimen soon but have also just started fitness training. The fitness training regimen is going to be a full body routine 2 days a week and three days a week of cardio.
    Monday- cardio
    Tues- weights
    Wed- cardio
    Thur-weights
    Fri- cardio

The plan is to do the PE on the cardio days.

    Thanks in advance!

I don't know if this is helpful, but I have been lifting and running regularly throughout my time with PE and I have noticed postive gains.

PE and exercise are great bedfellows. Looks like a great schedule.

Thanks Sacre, that is very helpful to know. Adds more incentive to do both workouts LOL.

          Thanks Kingpole.

              Men's Health - Power Training

I found the book before finding the site and because I work construction this kind of training looks like it will fit well with that.

So Tues. and Thurs. are the power training
Mon. Wed. and Fri. are cardio [mostly jogging 3 miles.]

Good routine. Don't lock your elbows or knees when lifting weight. Lunges, squats and adductor machines are great for erection health. Cardio will prevent and even cure ED. crunches and other ab works helps with thrusting work. Strong core strong steady thrust.

                  !

For people like me who powerlift, would that affect my gains at all in a negative way?

My powerlifting routine looks like this..

Mon: Squat, box squat, good morning squats
Wed: Bench, Floor Press, Elbow Extensions, Board Press
                  Fri: Deads, sumo Deads, Rows

some assisstance exercises done for arms, back, and legs as well.

Hi guys! i'm new here. just want to follow up the question of BigJohn556. I've been thinking about these lately because i want to start going to the gym but im afraid it would minimize my gains. Does weightlifting really affect the size of your penis like shrinking it permanently? (especially when you lift heavy equipments in the gym) or does it just slow down your gains when you do PE? I've bee hearing lots of urban legends about this, so i really want to hear opinions from you expert guys here. thanks!

I've been lifting with SuperPump250 SuperPump250 - Pre-Workout Bodbuilding Supplement pre-workout for about 2 months now. Although I've only been doing PE for 2 weeks I'm already seeing gains from PE, and I think it's partly because of the SuperPump which is a nitric oxide booster. Let's just say that it doesn't only "promote skin-tearing muscle pumps" in the biceps

Yes, physical fitness is exercise. However, it is more than exercise. Fitness is everything from proper sleep to proper nutrition, from stress reduction to weight reduction, and from flexibility to balance to relaxation.

Make sure you're going to at least parallel to the floor in your squats. I personally go ass to grass. The flexibility will develop over time.
