    sorry this might be dumb question but i am confused, when i do this exercise there is squeezing of pc muscle so i have to squeeze pc muscle by hand or voluntraily?

    Well, you might try squeezing it by hand, if you can get your hand up there.

    Seriously. It is the same muscle you use to stop the flow of urine. Start and stop your pee a couple of times and feel the muscle that does this.

    Hello rapidjohn and welcolme to The PE Gym. Take a look at this link, it should answer some of your questions. Start off slow and just hold them for a few seconds, also when you do them ,don't tense your abdomen or any other muscles focus on the PC muscle group only. This will make sure that you are doing them correctly. Kegels are worth their weight in gold. Good luck.

    And if your still having trouble finding where it is- its right from uranus to under your balls (you can feel it as two different muscles)

    I feel a little extra strength when I also squeeze from right under my abs, above the penis area, for me- that feels like a little extra boost while doing pc excersizes

    The muscle you use to do a kegel for the penis is the BC muscle not the PC muscle. The BC musclde is the one that stops the flow of urine. To practice why don't you stop the flow of urine everytime you take a piss today.

    Also when you are erect use the muscle that makes your dick bob up and down. This is your BC muscle.

    PC muscle makes it easier to deffecate and does offer assistance to ejacualtion control. But it is the BC muscle that does all the work. Your testosterone receptor sites are all located in the BC muscle. Not the PC muscle.
