Thread: Am I over training?

Hello everyone! I'm pretty new here and I must say from reading posts here that everyone's very helpful and friendly. Anyway, I just have a simple question.
I just started about a week ago with the JP90 program and my question is if im over working my routine. My routine usually takes me about 1 1/2 hrs (30mins warm up/down and 1hr jelqs/vjelgs), I have read that the routine usually takes around 45 mins max, mine takes an additional 45 mins. I think it is due to the extra time i put on one jelq stroke (around 6-8 secs). Am I over working my routine and should i cut down? hoping for wise opinion. Thanks!

You should probably keep your jelqs at around 3-6seconds, but unless you are experiencing bad PI's I think you're fine.
