Thread: Got my first injury. help

    Well Im ending my 3rd week of the JP90's routine, and 7 days ago I noticed red ares on my foreskin on the shaft (upper side + underside). I realized that I might have over heat my penis during the warm-ups\downs. But it was too late cause now my skin is burnt, and it's hurt when :
    1. When the rice sock first touches it.
    2. while I put moisturize cream (i feel hot and sometimes burn)

    It doesnt hurt while I PEing + while I maturbate (unless I do it for longer than 30 minutes), and the skin always peels after I heat it.
    I used to heat my rice sock to 60 seoncds in my microwave, but I now reduced it to 40 seconds and apparently its enough.

    But what should I do? should I stop PE? I don't want to, cause it absolutely doesn't hurt while I PEing. I hope its just a matter of time, that the skin will recover, but when it peels and new skin grows underneath, it is more exposed to burns while warm-ups\downs.

    Hey chongmet, Yes you absolutely need to stop, it will only take a few days but you need to take a break. If your skin is burnt the you could risk blistering or infection if you cause a break in your skin, penis infection can not be good. Your short break will not erase your pe work that you have done.

    I put a lot of attention to safety, but over heat with rice sock is something I totaly couldn't predict.
    Now how many days of break should I take?

    hey, i've got a bit off skin on my dick which is diffrent colour compared to the rest too.
    its purpleish and a bit red. i havn't done no exercise for a month or too now?

    Bigopimp - I had my 4th day of the 3rd week today. Do you think I should give up on tomorrow (5th day) and just take 3 days off (tomorrow + 2 break day of the routine)? or Its not enough days

    @chongmet -- while you were not able to predict that overheating could cause you an injury you have to understand that as of right now, you're injured! You're player is on the bench for now. Coach's don't put injured players on the court-- don't put yours!

    Let the injury fully recover. A week is break is only a drop in the bucket compared to how much time you'll have in the future for P.E. On the other hand, if you don't wait long enough, you risk turning a small burn into an infection.

    Agree with Always, take a break as long as it needs, and then take few more days off just to make sure.

    Although its a little bit frustrating me (cause I've just started to see changes - my penis looks a bit bigger now and I got used to the routine), I will listen to you and take enough rest. My question is - how many days consider as too long rest in a way that can ruin my gains?
    I mention again - I've only passed 3 weeks (2 weeks and 4 days to be accurate).

    even if you loose a little bit of the plump effect your getting it will look like you didnt stop within the first few days
