Hi all,i am new in this forum and also to the exercises.I aim to length and for this reason at about four days now i do jelq exercises.But a friend told me that there are other exercises more effective such as stretching.My question is what exercise is the best for length(your opinion).Please dont tell me to do many exercises because i have 15-20 minutes available every day!

Given 15-20 minutes time for a session, I'd say you'd have time for a 5-10 minute warm up and do the stretching in Jp's 90 day routine. I use it for every session and I love it. After a few weeks you can add bundled stretches too https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...humbnails.html
