Ok, I've gotta admit I'm kinda lazy. My current routine consists of 50 5 second kegels and lots of 1 second kegels and lots of long kegels (not sure how many or how long, I cant work whilst going '1 mississippi, 2 mississippi' etc in my head.) And 21 mins of jelqing (just happens to be the exact length of a south park episode.)

Is this routine going to do anything? I could do more but I would end up giving up after a month. Whilst I could do this for years. Any suggestions?
