Do you go straight for length? In the Hanging 101 thread it's said to "Length First, Girth Second" It goes on to say "If you gain too much girth, you may find that it’s too difficult or even impossible to make good length gains" I'd like to mix it up some, hang one day, jelq one day and pump one day then a day off or something like that.
Anyone know the deal I mean I'm getting a pump and that's mostly girth right and I don't want to mess up the length gains.
Or is this something that is not written in stone? Most of the 90 thing is girth is it not?
Thanks

If you are going to hang here is the deal..
Ok here is the issue. What you describe apparently (from my reading) does not work well. You MUST concentrate on one area at a time. Mixing it up generally has not worked well for people. The idea is to concentrate your efforts. Not only will this focus the stresses on the penis...but it will also allow you to determine if a particular task is working or not.
The idea is to divide and conquer....work on one thing at a time..and WORK IT consistently.
For hangers (per BIB the master of hanging with 10.5/6.5 inches to show for it from 6/5 over 2 years) the idea is
(1) determine your measurements and penis exit point (2) most likely hang "between the cheeks" for ligament stretch .. this is the easiest way to gain if you have a high exit point and lots of internal penis. Even if you don't have those you need to get the ligaments out of the way so that when you hang for the tunica stretch your ligs are not taking the stress that the tunica should be taking. (3) hang over the shoulder with and without a fulcrum and do downward fulcrum hanging...this is complex stuff and you need to read all about it. (4) Then after a long time, when you are happy with the length..you can get your girth work going.
So for me Im up to hanging 10 hours+ per week. That is about minimum. (takes time to work up to this)....and you need to read all about how to slowly increase your weight and all that.
For myself Im hanging first. I do only very light jelq to get blood flow after hanging for 20 minutes. Im a physician and most everything I read from bib makes sense. Ive been hanging for 5 weeks and its all loosening up down there.
I expect to hang BTC and then fulcrums for about 2 years. Then Im going to work on girth with the ULI thing and manual, whatever works.
As far as the order....
Its still anecdotal, but it makes some sense.......but its very possible that working on the tunic for girth will make it tougher and larger and much harder to lengthen. And I think you need to concentrate your efforts on one area of the penis.
Why take a risk?
I initially thought like you do now. But it makes much more sense to me now to concentrate my efforts in one area until that stops working.
The most medically obvious place you can get more penis is from the penis you already have! You only have to pull it out. Do that first. You will get some base girth from that too.
Read all about it.
Great luck to you. Lots of very hard work ahead, both physically and mentally.
Read everything you can about hanging for quite some time before you do it.

That's well written Average. For me I can't allocate 10hours per week (or more) for hanging, even though everything I've read about hanging indicates it's the most effective of the advanced routines for length.
I started back in January and will probably keep with the JP90 routine for a year, just to completely exhaust all possible gains from these exercises. After that, I will try an ADS routine, again for length. I'll be using either a stretcher or Diamondback's https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...objective.html idea (I'm an engineer and have designed a variant on his device which I'm eager to start using).
But as Average said, divide and conquer, what ever you do, do it until you see absolutely no gains from it anymore. Then move onto the next technique.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Chongmet, if I were you, bro, I would go for girth first because 6.2 is average albeit but 4.75 eg is on the low average. Thickness is what the woman feel the most on the vaginal walls.
Begin 7/25/2011:
NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6
Current 12/05/2014:
FL 5.25, FG 5.2
NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7
Long:
UEG:MEG 6.5
