Some people dont show till 3 months or so, so whatever you do don't rush it, or you'll get an injury and it wont be fun.

Hey rocksta, I like the LOT stretches and rotary stretches in the JP90 routine, and I think 2 on 1 off or 3 on 1 off would be better now. Also, I think it's better to measure bone pressed instead of NBPEL, otherwise you might just be measuring how much your fat pad changes. BPEL eliminates a possible variable.
What warm up method do you use? You getting your unit radiating heat?
The first three months are really for conditioning. You could read TGC theory if you haven't already, in preparation of your conditioning graduation. Do you know your BPFSL:BPEL ratio?

hey thanks for ur opinions all..
i warmup with a hot wet cloth .. n in the beginning i just measured nbpel ,and EG.
n now i feel i should continue the same routine till 3 months ..n instead of alternate days , i should probably do it 2days on 1day off routine.

Try a rice sock rocksta. Easy to make and holds the heat for longer. Good to see your patient attitude

Don't worry about your gains at the six week mark. That isn't even two months. That's absolutely no time in your PE 'career'.
Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

no actually. in the beginners section ,there was a routine i had been following n it said results could be seen in 5 weeks.
but now ,as everyone is saying,i should go on for 3months and then measure it.
so i guess its 6more weeks of PE before any measuring..
thanks people

You need to add a warm down, its as important as the warm up, you should also add kegals, my advice is" Follow jps 90 routine"
05/07/11 nbpel: 5.0 x 4.5
Flaccid:3.0
Bpel:5.25
06/01/11:nbpel:5.25 x 4.5
Flaccid:3.5 0r 3.75
Bpel:5.5 x 4.5
06/29/11:nbpel:5.5 x 4.9/5.0
Bpel:6 3/8 x 4.9/5.0
Short term goal: bpel 6.75 x 5.25

I think you should move up to 2 days on, 1 day off. Try that for three weeks then possibly step up to 3 days on, 1 day off if you are ready. Gradually increase your "On" days over time, but make sure you get adequate rest. Pay attention to your body and be careful. You only get one body, one penis, so make sure you take care of it

Switch the exercise sequence.Do the jelqs before the stretches, slow them down.Try to get as close to your pubic
bone as you can.Jelq in every direction that is possible,up,down,to the sides etc.Add a little bit of intensity when
you feel like your able. What I have been doing with the jelq is adding a little stretch at the end before I start the next rep,say 2 or 3 seconds
What kind of stretches do you do and what duration, 10,15 ,or 30 seconds.Do you do rotating stretches, do you do
stretches every direction possible. You never said what kind of stretches you do!
Experiment with things.
