well i do 30 seconds stretch which are straight out , up,left ,right.
but with jelqs i have been doing it just in one direction thats straight out.
i have been following the routine which was under the beginners section called the remek-medium beginner routine

well im confused now..should i follow the jp 90 routine or continue the same with 2days on and 1 day off??

I have heard that 3 - 4 on and 2 - 3 off works for some and 5 on and 2 off works for others. It all depends on how your member handles the days on. Everyone is different. I found when I first started when I joined and am restarting again that 4 on and 3 off like going to gym works better with my body. And what beginner routine you start with also depends on your member and what is working. As far as gains, give it at least 4 months to see some gains even if a centimeter which shows improvement. All things in good time, my man. Be in it to get it.
