I haven't been consistent with it. The first month and a half I was dedicated but then I started to lose dedication when school started. Over the year, I've been doing PE from time to time, like 1-3 times a month, but I've recently got back into it. I was just wondering if I should continue with JP's 90 day program or move onto more intermediate workouts because I feel like I'm fairly conditioned. The only gains I've got though were with flaccid length. My main goal is to increase length so are there any good exercises for that other than the regular right, left, out, etc. stretches?

I believe you should do the beginner's routine for the three months to condition your member for advanced exercises. Just like going to the gym, if you go off and on for three months and then go semi-pro adding weight which a consistent three month beginner would do, you would end up with an a badly pulled muscle. Be consistent first, then move on for your own health. Safety first, bro.

I did the same thing as you. I occasionally jelqed, did a few stretches, for about two years then got serious on June 8, 2011. If you go to the success forum you can find my thread, but I will offer some brief advice here.
I think you can add exercises more quickly if what you said above is true. I would still condition your guy for, at the very least, four weeks then gradually add exercises ONLY if you are ready. Don't get too excited about gaining, it will come with time. Just be safe with it. You only get one dick, treat it with care. I can't stress that enough, you only get one dick.
