Thread: Stretch Grip

So i've always gripped my glans when stretching. Seems like glans doesnt want to hold as much blood lately and eq is down. Just realized i may have been stretching improperly and should grip below glans. Should i take some time off or just switch the grip? Did I damage something? No pain..

Gripping under your bellend is the way it is supposed to be done. If I was you I would switch grip and carry on.

Thanks for the reply. Anybody here grip the glans in the past and notice any of these symptoms? They resolve ok?
Glans looking more full today.. gonna keep with the PE.Starting Stats: BPEL 5.75x4.45
Now: BPEL 6.25x4.6
Short Term Goal: 6.25 BPELx4.7 Girth

As 1471988 replied, always grab under your gland (you don't want to damage the spongy tissue) and make a good practice when jelging to rotate the grib (switching hands) which not only gives your hand a short rest between movements but also keeps your member from forming to the left or to the right in the long run.

I started to stretch over two months ago by gripping the glans; I read an article on stretch somewhere (possibly WebMD) and it indicated to grip the glans.I started doing that way and noticed my glans started to get smaller. I then started to read PE Gym and realized I was doing it wrong; corrected my problem; followed JP90 routines and my glans are 4.75 inch right now which is, to me, is huge.

I'll echo that grip below the glands. Follow your PIs Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth! and if you experence a drop then take some time off.
