Thread: Strain during stretching

Hi, I started PE'ing about 3 days ago.
My plan is stretching everyday, with 100 jelqs every other day to start until I become better with it. (Around a week I believe)
Thing is I am experiencing a strain when I stretch to the right, is it just pulling to hard or over training?
I don't feel it after the excercise only during.

I used to feel a slight strain when I strecthed to the left and I think it was because I kinda "pinched" my vein in a jelqing session. It only lasted for a few days but for the few days I didn't stretch that much and I applied a lot of heat. (a few times a day for 20 minutes)

I hope that you are using a good warm-up. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...e-heat-pe.html I think that everyday stretch is overkill for one just starting out, conceder every other day with your jelqs and maybe something lite on your off days, like JAIs JAI Stretch - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness Do not underestimate the importance of rest/recovery days.
As after thought, a gentle constant pull is all you really need, to start with. If you are feeling pain then back-off. A ligament injury is a pretty significant set back.Last edited by Unit; 07-25-2011 at 01:10 AM. Reason: Added after thought

For real, you don't want to pull a ligament of any kind. If you have a tight pull when you stretch doing a kegel, you need loosen the pull until it is not painful. You should feel the tug with some resistance and work gradually into stretches allowing the ligament and tunica to expand in time. Also, when you stretch I find it beneficial to hold the stretch with the kegel for 20 - 30 secs but that is me. Be patient.
