Beginner: Needs guidance!
I have done a little P.E. here and there since I found this website a few months ago but today I decided, hell, why not give it a serious go? There's no harm in trying it out! I have never really been too concerned with my size so I guess my interest in it is sort of like my interest in working out; I like to be able to put in work and end up with tangible improvements in my physical self.
I am starting out at 6.8 nbpel and 7.1 bpel. As far as girth goes, I am about 5.1 mid shaft and 5.5 base. My main goal is to get thicker as I'm already above average in length and pretty content with that aspect. I guess my dream goal would be something like 7.5 bpel x 6 mseg. I am aware, though, that girth gains are harder to come by than length gains so a more short term goal would be something like 7.3 x 5.5 mseg. Basically I just want to know the best girth exercises out there, and how often I should do them. A lot of the exercises I've looked at are for both length and girth and in all honesty I don't really want too much more length cause I like petite girls and like to be able to go at it hard and anything over 7.5" just seems like overkill to me. After all, most girls care more about thickness than length...
