    I have a hard time maintaing a decent erection while Jelquing. I am able to squeeze in about 5 repetitions (3 second jelqs), before it becomes completely flaccid. Then I have to start trying to jerk it to some porn windows, that I keep open in order to regain my erection. I repeat this process so much, that I find it hard to focus on Jelqing. I often have to get to about an 80% erection and start Jelqing then, so I'm at about 25% by the time I finish my 5th repetition. This is indeed, very frustrating.

    I believe this could be a huge inhibitor for me.

    Also, yea, sorry I forgot to mention, but that was my first time Jelqing. Oh, and I am dry Jelqing, due to trying to keep this as private as possible.

    I had already masturbated 9 hours before the attempted Jelq. I warmed up, stretched, etc...

    I also noticed, that the previous night, and earlier that day--my EQ was very low in comparison to normal; I would say, I was around a 4-6, whilst I usually maintain a 7-8. In the morning, I always experience my best erections, reaching from 9-10. I'm wondering, would it be better for me to perform my Jelqing when I wake up? However, this would also be a lot more inconvenient for me and harder to pull off a routine with.

    Sorry about all of the questions, and I would appreciate any input.

    Testosterone levels are higher in the morning; depending on how you work your arousal levels might be higher then and doing jelqing in the morning could be easier that way. If you can't workout in the morning though don't worry about it.

    Make sure you're not gripping too hard. Recently - and I've been PEing for more than a year - I realized I've been squeezing too darn hard and killing my erection level after the first squeeze. When I originally began PEing I did light grips (this is when I made my gains) because I was a little leery of squeezing the hell out of my penis. I think as I did PE longer I fell into a bit of the 'squeezing harder will naturally mean better gains', but that doesn't really seem to be the case for the majority of people (from what I've seen). I'm currently following Kingpole's "think of your penis like an egg and use a grip that wouldn't crack the shell" - I've been getting a better pump and my EQ level is completely consistent throughout the workout.

    The other thing I like to do is PE while I'm listening to music to stay relaxed, I've found this helpful.

    If you can use a lubricant that would probably help. I like to use vaseline, but it's pretty messy - however you don't need to use a lot. I just have a towel in my bedroom that I wipe my hands & penis with after my workout and that seems to do the trick.

    edit: oh, I forgot to mention - are you doing your kegels? Kegeling throughout the workout can help too.

      i have the same problem.I start with a 90% erection and start to jeql and manage to do about 10 jeqls before the errect level falls.Then repeat the same actions again.this gets me very tired....
      What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange:D :p

        I don't see how anyone can jelq to porn. Don't worry to much over erection level get your grip level mastured first. If your grip is to tight you kill your EQ. It is OK if you have to jerk your way back up to 50%. Soon your dick will become use to the fact that it is being manipulated and will comply.

          hey kingpole i dont understand what you say.can you explain what you mean by manipulated and will comply......?
          What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange:D :p

            Manipulation as in handleing your dick in a different direction than masturbating. For some it takes some gettinguse to.

              I appreciate the input.

              Yea, my grip may be too tight--I also may have to trim up my pubic hair, as I seem to pull on it while I Jelq.

              I did Kegel before I went to bed. After my Jelqing routine, I stayed up for about 30 minutes more, then I laid down and did 20 sets of 5 second Kegels--with about 3 second rests. Afterwards, I pretty much just passed out.

              I'm going to try Jelqing tonight, but that may be very hard as I just ran with my girlfriend, then I went to the gym and worked out. I may be too drained, but I'll try.

              I'll get back to you guys on how it goes; thanks again for the tips and advice.

                4th session of PE--report:

                Ok, I have my pubic hair trimmed down (as sometimes...seldom, but sometimes, it was getting pulled up during my Jelq). Also, I started the 90-day Beginners routine for my second, third, and fourth session.

                I found that I could do many more Jelqs and maintain my EQ a lot better with the V-grip as opposed to the OK grip. When I OK grip my penis, I seem to pull the skin from my ballsack and surrounding tissue along with my penis...and this is very uncomfortable, and is probably a main reason to my EQ being so poor.

                With the V-grip, it is a lot smoother going up the side of penis and it is infinitely more comfortable, as my skin doesn't feel like it's being torn apart. I find I can do 30 V-grips in about 1/5 less of the time it takes me to do 50 OK-grips. Keep in mind, I'm trying to maintain 3-5 second Jelqs...but these seem to be too long for my OK-grip, as my penis quickly becomes flaccid and the length of my shaft makes it almost impossible to elongate the Jelqing time.

                I am still dry Jelqing. I find that when I accidentally do a Kegel during my Jelqs, it helps maintain my erection better. However, I fear that I may overtrain my Kegel if I maintain this throughout my workout; any thoughts on this? Before the night ends, I do about 30, 5 second Kegels--with 2 second breaks in between each one.

                Also, does it matter whether I am standing or sitting during my PE workout?
