    Whats the easies and less time comsuming routine that i can do for lenth and girth

    Anything you do in the way of PE will help. But you must be constistent with an exercise program. The 90 day routine, if followed will give you both girth and length gains, but you have to devote the time. If you don't want/have the time to put in, don't start.
