    Hay guys i was jelqing like 4 weeks i doing all fine..
    i think...

    I had a little problem while jelqing my erect was all the time decreased and i coldnt do jelqing on overhang penis ;o

    After that 4 weeks i didnt saw any results.. then i change 1 thing and i am doing it like this now..

    1. Mastrubate to 80% erect
    2.Jelgin untill 40% erect
    3.Masturbate to 80-90% erect
    4.Jelgin untill 40%
    5.Masturbate to 80-90% erect
    6.Jelgin untill 40%

    and so on ...

    But my problem is... after exercise i dont see anything on my penis..
    i do this like 2 days ( after 4 weeks shit jelqing),
    I tihnk my penis should be swollen after exercise am i wrong?

    i make grip quite strong on me penis from stomach and i move it untill i feel head of my penis,
    then i put secound hand and do the same, 1 move is like 1 sec, i doing jelqing by 30 mins,
    idk whats wrong...

    my size now?

    in full erect 5,3-5,4 inches length and 4.4 inches girth,
    I trying to get 6/6.5 inches length and 5,5 inches grith

    I do see some issues with your PE routines but I will let our PEGym experts here advise you on your schedule.
    You must read JP's 90 which will definately let you see what you are doing wrong or right with your routines.

          Follow the beginner's 90 routine, and read on PE'ing and PE Theory at Beginner's Forum before you cause yourself damage.
          Begin 7/25/2011:
          NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6

          Current 12/05/2014:
          FL 5.25, FG 5.2
          NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

            No no wait u think i just sit on ass and do jelqing no;o i made my own program look...


            Here is my old program no results ;o

            First week
            *Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday:
            -Hot bath 5/10 min
            - little to stretch.
            - Put on my hands and penis good body oil
            - Masturbate to 80% erect
            - Jelqing standard ( 10 min)
            - horizontal movement ( between 3-5 min)
            - Maximum PC fast tension, after that 30x slow tension with PC
            *Sunday (break)

            Secound week
            *Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday:
            -Hot bath 5/10 min
            - little to stretch.
            - Put on my hands and penis good body oil
            - Masturbate to 80% erect
            - Jelqing standard ( 15 min)
            - horizontal movement ( between 3-5 min)
            - Maximum PC fast tension, after that 30x slow tension with PC
            *Sunday (break)

            Third week

            PS: I read that 90 JP's and its 1 diffrient that there is a more to stretch exercise.
            But still dont know what am i doing wrong with jelqing.

            also i read the JP's routine and its look weird for me and hard to understand some
            exercise i watch even pic of v jelqing, idk if my program is bad its look good and i should gain some results
            also while normal jelqing after like 70 reps or something my penis is flaccid, jelqing etc is not leading me to an erection
