Hey folks, a new guy here.
My journey here has been long coming. Currently I'm 21, and my normal size is 4.5" and my girth is 4". This is been a struggle for a long time in my life, especially considering that I know my father is larger than I, and I've always wondered why I didn't develop like him. I found this site about a year ago and kind of passed it off due to skepticism. But now? I'm willing to try. Why? Because I've always wanted a bigger member. I dreamed of being 8" but it never came. Now I'm just hoping to make it into the 6" range considering a lot of folks start at 6" and work their way up and I'm just hoping to get to their starting point. I've begun JP's beginner routine and now I'm on my 3rd day. Hoping to making some solid gains with diligence.
As you can surmise, my focus right now is mainly length, and I'd like any advice you all have on making it happen.

Welcome to the Gym Lehgo, read all the information you can and don't be afraid to ask questions.
This is a great place and everyone is willing to help help.
Follow a good routine and in no time you will be at 6".

Hey man, welcome.
Advice on PE; never skimp on the warm up, and don't use a super tight grip for jelqs.
I'm thinking in a year (maybe less!) you will have created a thread in the "success story" section about your conquering of 6", and you wont be asking anyone to move it!25/6/2011

Appreciate the the support guys. Actually I do have a question on the grip. How tight should my jelq grip be? Other questions: How hard is too hard (erection) when doing jelqs for length? I'm having trouble keeping myself within the 30-60% for these. Also, does anyone have trouble with the skin "bundling up"? When I do jelqs, my skin gets moved up two, making it very hard to keep a constant flow as I have to let go of m grip for my skin to go back to the base. Is that a symptom of a grip thats too hard?

Also I heard that stretching was the way to go for length. Any comments on this? If so I'm thinking about editing JP's plan just a little and add more stretching time as my girth isn't hasn't been the problem for me as of yet. Actually, just in the three days of doing this I've had a noticeable increase in girth, kind of shocked me.

Stretching it part of length but not all. You still have to force blood up the shaft so that blood can be taking it at longer and wider increments. Read all that you can, bro, and remember that safety is always first. With jelging, you don't need to force to much in especially starting off. Concentrate on doing a beginner routine to condition your penis and it will get bigger in time. I am my second week but joined in January and as I was contemplating (because my wife at the time was against me doing it) I read and studied all I could about the subject and how to be safe about it. Please, educate yourself in it first and ask what you need. The members here are very supportive.
