    I was doing PESG for a while, then moved on to JP90. I then took a week break because it turned out that I was jelqing too hard and had worn myself out. Well I'm all healed now and am considering tailoring my approach. My BPEL is 7.5" so at the moment I want to make girth gains first. What do you experts recommend? I'm willing to work on adding on length LATER but for the moment I want to up my girth. My current girth is about 5".

    I'm in the same boat as you man. First off, how long have you been PEing? There are excercises you can do that are great for girth but require you to have much more experience with PE.

    Here are some of the girth excercises Girth Exercises for Enhancing the Penis but mind that each excercise will say begginer, intermediate or advanced. Don't do anything that you are not ready for.

    Some of the few excercises that I've been doing include Tunica Tugs, Bundled Streches and V-jelqs. Also, I do Supra Slammers after my sessions and those are very intense. You need to experiment and decie what excercises feel best for you.

    If yoour unit is not conditioned then Jelq/V-Jelq is the best way to go to increase girth; I have decent gains with it in less than 2 months.

    I have recently switched back to squeezes from supra slammers. I dd these for the first three months of my PE career and I believe that's where all my girt gains came from. I haven't really gained any girth since I stopped doing them about 2 months ago. I also purchased a Bathmate recently and I am hoping this combo proves effective. Btw we have almost the exact same measurements.

    I gained 1 inch from doing squeezes also in 3 month

    start slow and build up with one more rep every second pe session for the first month , then shift over to one more each time 3 days a week.

    Use first day doing them to establish a benchmark , i started with 8

    I incorporated Uli's and I will see what if anything has happened after two months. I really don't need girth but if I am aiming at 8+ then I would want the girth to go with it.
