Thread: Cool downs?

I've been lurking around and I seem to notice cool downs being part of some peoples routines. This concept is alien to me at least when it comes to PE can someone explain more?

Some people choose to use cool downs instead of warm downs. The theory is that a cool down promotes gains but a warm down helps prevent injury.

I prefer to warm-down. Preventing injury is far more important. Penile injuries can hinder grow because now the body has to fix the penile injuries before it can increase the penis. I have heard stories of penile injuries up to the point of ED.
