    I have finally mustered up the determination to stick to a PE schedule. I started my JP90 workouts 2 weeks ago, and while i have not seen any gains, i'm sure they'll come. My only question with continuing the program is, is there any way to focus increases more on length than on girth. I am just above the 6 inch mark in length and have a pretty solid girth at 5 and 3/4. Any informed suggestions would be extremely appreciated.

    One more quick question is whether or not it is too early to begin hanging after the JP90 course? I have done a bit of research and have found that this is probably my best bet at a more length oriented PE workout.

    Just do the JP90 routine as is, and then focus on your goals after you complete it. Most of the beginner routines are nothing more than routines to condition people to PE, not to work on either girth or length.

    In my opinion, only 3 months in is too early to begin hanging. It's far too easy to overdo it without the experience. Usually is why most people suggest waiting to hang until 6 months in.
