What is a rice sock and how do you make one and use it?

I just took a sock and filled it with rice i used funnel then, i tied end of sock.. thats all ( I used 4 bags of rice )

After that u can put your sock on 1,5 min to microwave, after that make sure your sock is hot (but not to hot),
then wrap sock around your penis ( after 10 min your ready ).

Do the same after training put your sock to microwave again on 1,5 min and wrap around your penis on 5/10 min.

You dont need change your rice sock,
just do not hold it in a damp place, or try to dont cook it thats all.
