So, I do my routine in the shower and this is how it goes.
warmup
5 minute with hot washcloth before my shower
5 minute with hot water from the shower
Stretch
pull left, hold, 25 kegals
pull right, hold, 25 kegals
repeat up
repeat down
Helicoptor
Do it again!
Wet jelqs (I actually use my axe bodywash as a lube, and it doesn't cause any issues even though it isn't an "approved" lube)
stretch
wet jelqs
stretch v jelq
helicoptor
done!
Afterward, as the title suggests, the veins near my glands are swollen, but return to normal by the time I dry myself off.
Success? Or do I need to change what I'm doing?

I'd consider that a good PI. Shows that you are indeed successfully pushing blood. More blood flow = more engorged veins. So long as you have no bruising or pain, keep it up.
