    i all ready posted somewhere else but i dont know where it went???


    Well hi my name is slade and i am allmost 7'' erect. {FE}
    and the full girth{FG} Is a shy under 5''

    Regular im like 4 1/2
    and girth is 4''.


    i just started today doing some excercises i have been reading about.

    a 5 min wark up with a hott cloth
    2x 30 second stretchs every way
    30 second cool down and get the blood flow back going
    then 10 mins of jelqs or around 200 of them
    then a shower after that.

    should i do this every mornign and night?

    and also is this a good starter??

    and my shameful penis has horrible girth i can tell whats a good way to get that wide fasT??

    Welcome slade, you have really good starting stats. I would like to point out in your routine you don't need to cool down before your Jelq's, if anything you need to rewarm and massage for a couple of minutes. After you have completed your routine then use your shower as a cool/warm down, you may want to do some light stretches for a few minutes to keep from turtling. You only need to do them once a day on a schedule that will keep you from overtraining. Once your fully conditioned you can increase the amount of reps, time and intensity. But for right now keep everything light until you get comfortable with the exercises, focus on your techniques.

      ok so i will skip the cool down and kinda warm back up for my jelqing.

      whats turtling? is that a swelling?

      also i should do this exercise for how long do you think before i can get to the advanced techniques i have read about?

        Don't forget your kegels, if you are consistant you can start an advanced program in 5 mionths.

          do what like 200-300 a day for 2 days then take a day off? something like that

            Slade

            You could do 300 jelqs every other day for a couple weeks. You should also do all of your stretching exercises along with your jelqing. After 90 days if you are satified that you are ready, try some of the advanced exercises.
            Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

            Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

            Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"

              5-7 mins of warm cloth wrapped
              2x 30 second Stretchs {straight out, up, down, left, right}
              5 mins of warm towel/blood flow/massage
              100 jelq{rest} 100 jelq{rest} 50 jelq {rest} [3-5 seconds]
              ballooning 4 times
              2x of 30 second stretches
              shower to cool down.



              this is my shcedule everyday. and i do around 200-300 kegels a day too

                Be careful with the Kegels, you can overtrain with them. Make sure you spread them out over the day and don't do them at one time. If your erection quality or morning wood starts to fade you may need to back off.
