Hey everyone,
I did some reading around here and would like somebody to help me do an exercise routine. My penis is 6" and it would be nice to add another 3" and some thickness to go with it. Is jelquing, erect bends, horse squeeze, Uli's and ballooning enough? and how much time would it take to achieve this kind of a goal. It seems a lot. And btw don't worry about me doing some advanced techniques, I did kegels a lot even when I didn't knew they were called kegels so i can control my ejaculations. And are the achievements permanent? And how to do it safely?

Be careful. Start with a beginner routine.
Starting stats: BPEL: 6.5" EG 4.5"
Aim: BPEL: 7.5" EG 5.5"
Would ideally want BPEL: 8.0" EG 6"

I don't want to start a new thread and I'll ask one more question, because I kind of figured out the rest. Are the gains permanent or when you achieve, lest say, 8" it goes down by .2 or even goes down to the beginning size?
