Newbie help required

Hi there in very new to this kind of stuff. I have been doing the newbie routine for a week now, my penis is small, I mean real small. It measures just over 5" on full stretch from base. I was wondering alongside the beginners routine can I also use a extender devise as I already own 1. Thanks

You can but its normally safer to use the extender after your done the newbie routine, but if you do use it, use it lightly and slowly add tension/pressure a bit each week instead of going into a full extender routine. And check your pi's and eq too see if your over-training or not

I have been told to do the newbie routine 2 days on and 1 day off, how much days shall I use an extender for?

Most extend 5-6 days a week, but I guess extend with your 2 days on after your routine and dont put so much tension the first month or so
