Hi I'm new to this site and today i just started doing my first pe exercise run. Well i did the jelqing technique for about 150 strokes of 3 seconds each alternating hands.
Am i doing them right
Any advice would help I'm a beginner at this thanks.
Especially during the workout i noticed my glans was bigger than usual but once i finished it did seem to go back to a smaller size? Is this a good sign?

You need to start with JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine
You seem to be jelqing right and glans do get bigger in size during jelq which is a good sign that you are pumping blood. It usually goes back to its normal size after a while but you will probably see a bit of permanent increase in a few months. My flaccid glans has increase by about 15 % - 20% in less than 3 months and it gets huge when erect. I have been on JP'90 day routine for 10 weeks now.

You must always watch your PIs as they will tell you for sure if you are doing well or not (if you don't know what PE is, you really have to go in the articles section and read all you can find there!). If you look smaller after your session, it might be because you are doing too much or your grip is too tight...Il vaut mieux mobiliser son intelligence sur des conneries que mobiliser sa connerie sur des choses intelligentes.
