    Well I've been on the jp90 day routine now for a week and a half, and I must honestly say I definitely feel I have gained over this time. Before I started I measured my flaccid length not bone pressed. And it was small it only measures 2.5. But I have just measured an hour ago (I haven't PE'd today) and I was amazed to measure 3.2 not bone pressed and 3.7 bone pressed. I know this may seem small to you veterans in the game but to me it's a lot. I have been told I will see flaccid gains then girth gains before seeing length gains. This has definitely motivated me to carry on. I am on a 5 on 2 off routine.

    My routine is:-

    7-8 mins walm up
    30 second stretch in each direction before helicopter stretches in each direction
    250-300 wet jelqs
    100-150 v jelqs

    Cool down 5-6 mins
    I also do about 100 or so kegals during the day at any time.

    Do you think I should stick to 5 on 2 off or change to 2 on 1 off??

    Stick to whatever feels better for you. And i'm sure your flaccid length increase is just better blood flow, most people get a better flaccid hang after jelqing.
    And try to do a min of 10min warmup, its the most important part

      NO, your 2.5" flaccid penis doesn't seem small to me. But, I'm biased , I know what you mean though, I used think that I'd gladly give up an inch of erect length to gain an inch in flaccid. I'm definetly a "grower" but I'd love to have a better "hang" flaccid.

      I'm about 6 weeks into my JP90 and I haven't measured yet (wont until I've hit 8 weeks) but I have flaccid girth, some loose skin (yuppie!) and my little 3.25" flaccid is rarely that short anymore. My BPFL is 4.25". I do find, at my most relaxed and shriveled, it appears a bit longer. But it's so subjective: I can be 2.5" to 4" soft.

      But, I now find it a pleasure (I know it sounds weird ) to pull my dick out at a public urinal. I used to unzip, and my dick head would just kind of point out (not enough length or weight for it to hang out) but now, there is definitely some added length (1/8 or 1/4"?) The guys with long floppy flaccids (who may actually have shorter erect lengths than us!) may not understand how it feels for us guys.

      Good luck on your routine. I go 2 on, 1 off or sometimes reverse that if I have a bit more of a workout. I have found 'edging' for 20 minutes after the JP90 makes a big difference. I had been edging wrong for the 1st month, now my edging is more like long, sloooow wet-jelqs with some base squeezing to swell my head a bit. BUT, I never would have been able to do this the 1st month. It would have been too much for my dick so stick to JP90 for a while before something interesting strikes you on this forum and you want to try out some small thing to add.

        I have been doing a routine for 1 1/2 months now. Have went from 6.9NBP to almost 7.1NBP. All I do is stretching and kegels. Warmup 10min with a heating pad. Each stretch I do is 45sec - 1minute long. My sessions last for about 30 - 45 minutes . BUT!!! listen up.... I do this routine 2 - 3 times a day and I usually take a day or two off out of 7 days. I do 5 minutes of erect stretching (have to watch a porn to get it up) after my flaccid stretching to make sure any gains are converted to my erect length. Warm down 10min either in shower or heating pad again.. I always make sure to get the warm up but sometimes I am not able to do the warm down.

        I started the routine doing it twice a day and then in my 3rd week I started upping it and adding a 3rd time right before I go to bed. I don't always get this one done but it's awesome when I can get it in.

        Oh and for kegels... I just do random ones out of nowhere... do a quick 50 and then do like 10 kegels where I try to hold it for like 3 - 5 seconds and then do a reverse kegel which feels like when drink a lot of beer and have to take a massive piss and push for it to get out faster... thats the best way I can explain a reverse kegel OR like flexing your abs... there you go lol but yea for kegels I don't have a set amount it's just randomly done through out the day

        My girlfriend didn't think PE would work and that I just wanted to pleasure my self.. now that she see's it works she's still not ecstatic because one of her previous partners was big (said it hurt) and she thinks it's going to be the same......and yes I plan on focusing on girth once I get where I want to be with length.


        Edit: my flaccid hangs nice now... and like I said, I don't even incorporate jelqing.. so it's all stretching and and kegels and i see gains in flaccid/erect length.... yeeeaaaaaaaa!!!

          Good for you Swade! Over a 1/2" erect length in 1 month just with very consistent warming and stretching.

          1 think I don't understand in your post: what do you do for "erect stretching" ?????

          Do you mean more "plumped" stretching? Like having your erection at 50% ish? Because when I'm erect (not just fluffed and fat yet basically soft) I have nothing to pull. It's like trying stretch a coke bottle, it can't be done. I can maybe stretch the tip of my penis, the soft tissue at the hole but anything behind it is rock hard.

              Oh, and I clean up well, no lube on my mouse...well it's tough to get the pre-cum drips out from between the keyboard letters. Oh well
