Well I've been on the jp90 day routine now for a week and a half, and I must honestly say I definitely feel I have gained over this time. Before I started I measured my flaccid length not bone pressed. And it was small it only measures 2.5. But I have just measured an hour ago (I haven't PE'd today) and I was amazed to measure 3.2 not bone pressed and 3.7 bone pressed. I know this may seem small to you veterans in the game but to me it's a lot. I have been told I will see flaccid gains then girth gains before seeing length gains. This has definitely motivated me to carry on. I am on a 5 on 2 off routine.
My routine is:-
7-8 mins walm up
30 second stretch in each direction before helicopter stretches in each direction
250-300 wet jelqs
100-150 v jelqs
Cool down 5-6 mins
I also do about 100 or so kegals during the day at any time.
Do you think I should stick to 5 on 2 off or change to 2 on 1 off??
