  • reverse kegels end up being crappy

I know for some people the urge of farting is accompanied by doing reverse kegels, however for me, the urge goes further than that.

This isn't the first time, but I just finished doing a set of reverse kegels and crapped myself. Luckily it was a small one, my pants were down due to peeing, and I have some tissue tucked up between my bum cheeks just incase that happens.

I don't know why this happens though, I don't feel like I'm forcing that much pressure. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Most of the time this happens I either would have already pooped before hand or eaten something light hours before.

I enjoy doing reverse kegels, but this crapping has got to stop -_-
    Restart [4/17/16] 7.5 BPSFL • 7.25 BPEL • 5.125 USEG • 5.75 MSEG • 6.25 BSEG (not valid)

Work on improving your muscle isolation ,this should not be an issue beyond the very early stages of treaining.

Alright, I still feel I'm new to them. Will practice isolation

As Pegasus knows I'm still trying to figure out kegels. Both reverse
and regular ones. My newest questioning this quest relates to isolation.
I find that sometimes it's like I am moving something in my
pelvis that is attached to something and other times it feels like
I am moving something kind of moving in space inside me.
I also find that I can feel the pc muscle when I relax and don't
try too hard to move it.

Other than the farting analogy, could a reverse kegel be the relaxation
that is opposite to a regular or is it further relaxation of the
pc muscle beyond letting up on a regular kegel?

Sometimes feeling the kegels is intuitive and many other times
I can hardly isolate or feel them.

Second question: I have seen two opinions on amount of kegel
practice. One opinion suggests it is easy to overwork kegel practice
and therefore there needs to be rest and the other says the pc
muscle recovers quickly and large numbers of keels can
and should be done every day?

I don't want to overdo it and at the same time I want to effectively
Isolate those muscles and get them stronger and useful.

I am typing this on my phone so please forgive typos.

          Oh boy ,ok.
People feel the pelvic floor differently. For most guys reverse kegel feels like a push ,like the opposing muscle to kegel like bicep to tricep. So I often describe it in these terms ,so guys can achieve the action required. However what is actually going on is kegel is a flex ,relaxed seems to be a neutral position and reverse kegel seems to be a forced stretch like a splits . In a similar vein we say push out a piss not relax out a piss.
