  • how to get better, harder erections without doing 'PE'?

    I'm 19 and my 100% erect size is what is in my sig but it takes me a while to get there. I can get erections which are hard but not my 100% hardest most the time, what can I do to improve my erection quality, size (in this instance) and to make it so I can get erections more frequently through the use of my mind/kegels rather than having to play with my penis to get it hard. Any advice?

    FL: 3.75"
    FG: 3.5"
    SFL: 5.5"

    NBEL: 6.5"
    BPEL: 7.3"

    Why don't you want to invest in the PE program?
    It's a tough job being good looking and hung :-)

            PE does more than make you bigger as you can see, better veins and blood supply etc. But as batwoman said, do a kegel routine, it always helps a lot. And instead of masturbate, edge.

              do you do kegels when flaccid or erect? And what are reverse kegels?

                  Dude! Ive been following a beginner routine for 1 month now, I didnt have a problem with the hardness of my erection, in fact I thought they were pretty damn hard! But after a month doing p.e ive noticed (and so has my wife) that now my erections are even harder! If I was at 100% before (as I thought I was) then now I am reaching atleast 130% hardness. Ive also managed to have male multiple orgasms where as before I would only last 15mins of penitrive sex I can now go for over an hour if I want too. I owe all of this to doing p.e, a seperate kegel routine and the support and motivation from the people here. oh and ive also gain .25 inches in my first month.

                    If you're already comfortable with your size, more power to you!

                    Kegels will help with EQ (erection quality).

                    BUT, I will have to say that I had done kegels in the past, and yes, they do help with EQ...but I have been PE'ing for only about 2 weeks, and just one week in, I experienced better EQ than I ever did with just kegeling (and a slight boost in size, as well). In fact, I'm 37 and I can honestly say that in just the one/two weeks, I'm performing better than I ever had, even when i was in my teens and early twenties.

                    Don't knock PE just because of limited time. You don't have to do a "full" on program. Take 20 minutes every other day, do some kegels, stretching, jelqing and you will see improvements. You might just end up liking it so much that you do incorporate a full time program into your lifestyle.

                      Better sleeping habits, eat healthy, don`t smoke, get in shape. Basicaly, get better bloodflow and more energy.

                        Just so you know... you only think you have had a 100% erection. Try doing this and see what a real 100% one is like.

                          EQ has to do with blood flow. Kegels improve blood flow to the penis specifically. Cardio improves overall blood flow; I read that interval training can increase blood flow by more than 400% (from a MD, so I trust it). BTW, my workouts only last 6 minutes (basic stretching) under the shower, it's not much; plus this exercice also increases hardness ...

                            I wouldn't mind doing some stretching and things but I don't want to have to contribute 45 minutes to an hour each day, 20 minutes is fine. Because I'm at university 3x a week plus work, plus gym, plus my social life and other things. Don't have the time to contribute 5 hours a week at 5 on, 2 off to it.

                              I would say that anything is better than nothing, but I do think when you start seeing improvements you will want to make time to do more ;-)
