Okay, you when you're lifting weights you learn proper form first, and that's all you really need to know... If lifting properly, you'll easily feel which areas are being targeted. This is not true of PE.
So, why don't we start a discussion as to which stretches/exercises people do to target each area (length/girth). I know it would help me to learn a few new targeted tricks and change up my work out.
Thanks,
Tall Man

Aw buddy, it's all here. The beginners routines, advanced exercises, all here on these boards. There are only so many ways to do the "Rub and Tug" and we have talked about almost all of them. Not to say that new ways to pull or Jelq your penis aren't being thought of, that's why there are forums like these.

I would say its more about learning how things feel; one of which is how feeling fatigued feels, then knowing when to stop etc.
Learning about your own body, then using whatever exercise suits you.Goals: length gains along with any gains in girth and improvements in EQ.
Starting length erect: Bone pressed easy 6.5 inches to a rather more solid 7 inches
Aiming for: Bone pressed erect 8.5 inches+ as I have a serious need to hit the 'hung' club.
Methods: Pumping and weight hanging.
